Our engineers have spent countless hours designing solutions for seismic retrofit projects. All ISAT seismic bracing material has been engineered to be retrofittable, eliminating the need for the disassembly of the utility or its supports to install seismic bracing.
ISAT also specializes in the “reverse engineering” of pre-existing installed moment frames and equipment installations, ensuring their ability to successfully withstand seismic forces. Doing so significantly minimizes the need for tear down and replacement, in turn minimizing labor and materials associated with seismic retrofit projects.
ISAT continuously strives to minimize modifications and interruptions to systems whenever possible, while being involved in a retrofit scenario. With our vast experience from thousands of projects on existing operational facilities in all market segments, we are very aware of the high cost of disruption to any business.
