ISAT Vibration Isolation Pads
Vibration isolation pads are designed to reduce the transmission of vibration and noise from mechanical equipment located on grade-supported structural slabs.
Model NP & NG – Neoprene Vibration Pads
Application:
Model NP & NG ribbed elastomer isolation pads can be used to isolate noise, shock, and high-frequency vibration, generated by mechanical equipment and industrial machinery located on a grade-supported structural slab.
Model RSP – Elastomeric Isolators
Application:
Model RSP elastomer in-shear isolation pads are suitable for the isolation of noise, shock, and high-frequency vibration produced by mechanical, industrial, or process equipment located on grade, structural slabs, or in other non-critical areas.
Model KIP – Fiberglass Isolation Pads
Application:
Model KIP fiberglass isolators can be applied in a wide range of noise, shock, and vibration isolation uses, and are recommended whenever predictable dynamic response and permanent load support characteristics are important. Typical applications include the use of KIP pads as support mounts for high-speed fans, pumps, and chillers, on grade, having operating speeds of 1750 RPM and higher.
Model AC – Fiberglass Isolators
Application:
Model AC Fiberglass Isolators are recommended for the isolation of vibration produced by utility ventilating fans, vane axial fans, high-speed motors, roof-mounted exhaust fans, and similar mechanical equipment. Use AC fiberglass isolators when the predictable dynamic response and permanent load support characteristics of fiberglass are desired in conjunction with a bolt-down and vertical lift control feature. AC isolators can be used for applications requiring isolation of audible frequency vibration or noise, or for vibration isolation of mechanical equipment with the lowest operating speeds of 1750 RPM when mounted on a grade-supported slab or pier.
